Terms and condition for using LCR calling card/ web based card.

Use of the web base calling card through this web site and or LCR physical prepay calling cards are particularly conditioned on upon the  acceptance of all terms and conditions by our valued customer stated herein and any other place on this web site. Please strongly recommend you/ our valued customers not to use this website in case you/ valued customers do not accept all the terms and conditions stated herein and at other places. The terms and conditions including tariff is automatically accepted by our customers once they use it.

Low Call Rates Communications does not ensure 100%  error or interruption free service to our valued customers nor does LCR warrant any connection to or any transmission over the Internet. Despite the fact that LCR makes sure that best quality is maintain, however, in no way, LCR be held responsible for quality related issues arising due to any reason including but not limited to last mile connectivity, merchandizing related issues, blocking of services due to mis-commitment by retailer, suppliers, or any unforeseen issues related to voIP. In no event will LCR be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising in any manner from the use of any products sold on this web site or through physical calling card on behalf of LCR.

Rates may vary destination to destination.

Higher rates will apply for calls completed to international cellular phones.

LCR may charge additional fee of  US$1  for a call placed from a payphone.
Our valued customer can call from his/ her Cell phone with no extra charges from Low Call Rates. However, please ensure that you don't press SEND/TALK (Green) button after entering the destination number and Pound Key (#). If you have a limited minute's package on your Cell phone from your Wireless or cellular company, you may get billed from your Wireless/ cellular company if you went over your plan minutes, and Low Call Rates will not be held responsible for such charging by your wireless/ cellular company.

Our valued customer is solely responsible of using the Access numbers. There will be extra charges for using 1-800 Access numbers. By using 1-800 numbers, our valued customers automatically agrees to pay extra amount. We normally don’t advertise the tariff for using 1-800 numbers, however, in most of the cases the tariff may be 50% higher as compared to using normal access numbers.

LCR has calculated the rates keeping in view that our customers would be using highest denomination calling card/ web base pin. The lower denominations cards have slightly expensive tariff. It is always appropriate to get a confirmation through email regarding tariff plan prior to using lower denomination cards/ web base pins.

All sales are final. Pins number, once issued/revealed are non refundable, non transferable and non exchangeable. Pin numbers do not carry cash value. We advise our valued customers to check the physical calling card prior to use. Any calling card with un-seal and or visible pin should not be purchased by the customer. LCR will not take any responsibility if pin is revealed to some other persons, and or unauthorized use of the card. 

Calling details for certain plan will be available online. Calls details will only be available for last 60 days.

Call details provided by customer service of the carrier about the usage of a prepaid phone are final and will be considered authentic record/proof about the usage of the plan.

Calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges are subject to change any time, without any further notice. Low Call Rates will not be responsible or liable for any change in calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges. In addition the Promotional duration could change any time without any prior notice.

 Low Call Rates does not guarantee call quality or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement of lost minutes or reduction in the stored value of any prepaid card. Connection to a wrong number and answering machine or fax machine is a valid call and will be billed accordingly to the tariff plan.

Service outages extending over few hours to few days may occur. Low Call Rates will not be liable for such outages, and customers shall have no right to any refund, credit, compensation or damages from Low Call Rates because of service outage or any other situation arising out of service outage.

 Customers will be provided with an email address or in certain cases the phone number of the representative of QG  of the card issuer, along with the phone card pins at the time of issue of pins. Customer has to contact the respective customer service through email for all issues relating to a specific calling card.

Customers may contact Low Call Rates customer service, if the card issuer's customer service has not addressed the problem within Terms and Conditions of sale of Customer service from Low Call Rates is available only through electronic mail from our "Contact Us" on LCR web site. Customer service from Low Call Rates will be available when the website of LCR is not live due to technical reasons. Low Call Rates will not be liable for any credits, refunds, compensation or damages to customers due to non-availability of customer service during such period, which can extend up to two weeks.

 Unless specified otherwise, all rates would be applicable to calls originating from United States of America (48 contiguous states).

Per call connection fee may be applicable on certain Calling Plans as and when decided by LCR.

Daily, Weekly,  bi-weekly, Monthly, bi-monthly or other maintenance fees & taxes may apply on Calling Plans as decided by LCR but not necessarily be communicated to individual customers.

Low Call Rates reserves the right to issue store (website) credit in lieu of credit on credit/debit card of the customer.

Extra 60¢ will be charged per transaction for American Express Credit Card.

There is a $ 2.00 fee to cancel a transaction before issue of pins. Transaction cannot be cancelled after issue of pins.

No Refunds: Low Call Rates shall not be obligated to provide any refunds for unauthorized use or deficiency in the quality or availability of telecommunications services. Buyer assumes all risks immediately upon purchase of the plan. Prepaid plans once sold are non-refundable and have no surrender value.

It is a federal AND state offense to purchase any product or service by fraudulent means. Products and/or services purchased on this web site shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.

Bankruptcy by Carrier: Low Call Rates will not be liable or responsible to reimburse for loss of minutes or loss of value in prepaid phone plans if the telecommunications carrier or distributor of the prepaid phone plan declares bankruptcy.

Security Issues: This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Low Call Rates however shall not be responsible for the security of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card/ debit card or your PayPal account to make purchases on this web site nor shall Low Call Rates be obligated to make refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent use occurs. Low Call Rates will actively cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting anyone who uses this web site or products/services sold over this web site for unlawful use.

Dispute Resolution: Dispute arising from purchase on this web site or relating to this agreement, if not settled by the parties in good faith, may at their discretion, be submitted for arbitration to American Arbitration Association (AAA) at their offices in Chicago, USA. All disputes, including interpretation of Arbitration Award shall be subject to laws of State of Illinois, and jurisdiction shall reside with Federal and State Court in Illinois. Prevailing party in the dispute shall be entitled to, in addition to any damages or relief, to reasonable expenses and attorney fees from the other party.

Severability of Provisions: In the event that any section or portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a judicial authority having jurisdiction over the matter, such section or portion shall be deleted form the Agreement, and the Agreement shall be enforced as if that section or portion was not a part of the Agreement in the first instance.

WARRANTY: LowCallRates MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, IN CONTRACT OR TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR REGARDING THIS WEB SITE, THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS WEB SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE SOLD OR PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE. Low Call Rates reserves the right to make changes, as and when it deems necessary or appropriate, in any of the terms and conditions or any other information provided on this site.
